Acceptance of Terms
By using airturbulencia.com or contracting with Air Turbulencia Inc for HVAC services, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial air conditioning and heating installation, repair, and maintenance in the Tampa Bay area. Specific scope, materials, equipment, and pricing for any job are set out in a written estimate or work order signed by you before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
Pricing shown on this website is illustrative. Final pricing depends on the equipment, condition of existing systems, code requirements, and labor required. We provide a free estimate before any work begins and obtain your authorization before performing additional work that exceeds the estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified on the signed work order. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Florida law and you will be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
Warranties
We honor manufacturer warranties on equipment we install. Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your work order. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, flooding, pest infestation, third-party modifications, or other circumstances outside our control.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Service appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with reasonable notice. We may charge a trip fee for cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched. Custom-ordered equipment is non-refundable once ordered.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any service we perform is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
